Week 1 FAC

For the first week of FAC we will be meeting one day on Friday the 28th. On Friday we will be going over classroom procedures like:
-Entering the class
-Warming up
-Sitting on spots
-Stretching

After these procedures we will play oscars trashcan which works on throwing and team work skills.

Week 1 PPCD (starts next week)

For week 1 we will be going over class procedures such as:
-entering the class
-sitting on our spots
-names of students and teachers

And asking questions about
-what students and teachers did this summer
-if they play any sports

And we will be:
-learning some basic stretches
-identifying body parts
-fitness songs
